Room Reservation DetailsThese rates are for single or double occupancy, and are subject to state and local taxes (currently 13.416% but subject to change). Maximum room occupancy is four (4) persons, with no additional charge for children 18 years old or younger, but third or fourth persons over 18 years old will be charged an additional $40 per person per night. These rates apply 3 days before and after the dates of February 16-24, 2013. Individual cancellations after January 10, 2013 may be charged 2 night’s room cost with taxes. Porterage gratuity of $10 per person, round trip, plus 4.16% tax will be charged with each room reserved. The resort fee of $30 per day is optional for conference attendees.
Assuming adequate attendance, the hotel has provided that free internet access is provided with room reservations as well as a discounted self-parking rate of $10 per day.
